The board

The Board oversees the day-to-day operations of HIEM in accordance with its internal regulations. Comprising four spiritually grounded advisors chosen for their wisdom and dedication, the Board ensures the ministry stays true to its mission through prayer, strategic guidance, and governance.

The board of the foundation consists of the following members:

The General Assambly

The General Assembly consists of Board members, advisors, and dedicated volunteers. It convenes three times annually (via Skype) to:

Approve annual reports.
Vote on budgets and programs for the upcoming year.
Ensure transparency and alignment with HIEM’s core values.

Our Core Activities

HIEM’s work is driven by three pillars of service:

Global Evangelism
- Organize large-scale conferences (crusades) to share the Gospel, reaching thousands across Africa, the Americas, Australia, Europe, and beyond.
- Distribute Bibles to believers worldwide.
Empowering Leaders & Communities
- Train church leaders in biblical teachings and ministry.
- Construct churches to strengthen spiritual communities.
Humanitarian Outreach
- Support orphans, widows, and the impoverished with essential resources (food, clothing, and shelter).
- Ship clothes, shoes, and supplies to underserved regions, particularly in Africa.

How Funds Are Used
Every dollar supports HIEM’s mission:

Organizing global evangelistic conferences.
Building churches and renting venues for ministry activities.
Distributing Bibles, clothing, and aid to those in need.
Covering operational costs (transportation, administrative expenses etc).

Volunteer-Driven Ministry
HIEM operates on a volunteer basis; no members or staff receive salaries. Our work is fueled by faith and a shared commitment to serving God and humanity.
